1. Service Agreement
By accessing Dream Realism products ("Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms govern your use of our post-processing software and digital assets.
2. Proprietary Rights
The Software, including all underlying code, shader logic, and visual assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dream Realism. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Software.
- Reselling or redistributing any assets is strictly prohibited.
- Reverse-engineering or bypassing license validation is a violation of these terms.
- Modification for public redistribution is not permitted.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to premium updates and support is provided via a recurring subscription model. You may cancel at any time through your account portal.
- Cancellations process within 24 hours.
- Access remains active for 30 days post-cancellation.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
4. Prohibited Use
Unauthorized use of our Service including but not limited to automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or attempting to compromise admin infrastructure will result in immediate permanent banning without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dream Realism provides Software "as-is". We are not responsible for any system instability, game crashes, or hardware issues resulting from the use of our post-processing filters.

Official support is provided exclusively through our verified Discord server and live chat console for active subscribers.
