4. Local Machine Interaction

Our software validation system is strictly sandboxed within the Assetto Corsa game directory. It does not perform any intrusive scans of your personal files or system hardware.

• Reads only the license text file in your game directory.
• Writes only to its own filter configuration files.
• Sends only the license key to the verification server.
• No access to Windows Registry or Steam account data.
• No hardware IDs or IP addresses are permanently logged.

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• License verification: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — necessary to deliver the service you purchased.
• Server logs: Legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)) — protecting our infrastructure against attacks.
• Email communication: Your consent by contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a)) — we only respond to messages you initiate.

All administrative and customer data is stored in secure, encrypted databanks with multi-layer infrastructure protection. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data transmission and implement strict access controls.

• License data: Retained for the duration of your active license plus 12 months after expiration or termination.
• Server logs: Retained for a maximum of 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Communication data: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.
