Dream Realism is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection. Our Service is designed with a "Privacy First" approach, collecting only the absolute minimum data required for license management.
2. Data Collection Analysis
Identity Data
We only store your Discord Snowflake ID and public username. We never access private messages or personal Discord data.
License Data
Encryption-based license keys and activation timestamps are stored to manage your subscription access.
3. Local Machine Interaction
Our software validation system is strictly sandboxed. It does not perform any intrusive scans of your personal files or system hardware.
- Reads only the license text file in your game directory.
- No access to Windows Registry or Steam account data.
- No hardware IDs or IP addresses are permanently logged.
4. Data Security Protocol
All administrative and customer data is stored in encrypted Redis instances with multi-layer firewall protection provided by Netlify and Upstash.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. We use limited third-party providers for infrastructure only:
- Netlify: Secure cloud hosting and API execution.
- Upstash: Encrypted database management.
- Discord: OAuth2 authentication services.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to request a full export of your data or immediate deletion of your account record. These requests can be handled via our support console.
